Byron – Don;t see anyone blaming the park of anything. I do see a poignant observation that hitters numbers in NL Central parks will probably not be similar in NL West parks.

Are we still blaming our park for this pathetic squad? HAHA sorry I gotta laugh at that, other teams score plenty of runs in our park for our staff to get W’s. This isn’t the field it’s the choices we make and the team we put out there.

I think this move solidifys our outfield and makes us instant contenders for the 2012 season. Jed really hit the jackpot on this pick up.

William – I think the parks in NL Central is a legitimate question.

Eh, not very excited about this, Scan. Padres have had only moderate success, at most, with Central Division hitters (Giles, Ludwick). I think most of the hitters in that division should be looked at with a bit of cynicism because of the parks within it are very hitter friendly.

Not sure about this one, but what’ve we got to lose? Definitely worth a look. The Pad’s outfield could end up being very crowded next year.
