Padres Make Another Spring Training Cut

Baseball 26 Mar 2012

The Padres came one player closer to completing their opening day roster today by reassigning right hand pitcher Brad Boxberger to minor league camp.

Boxberger, who came over in in Matt Latos deal from Cincinnati, pitched in 7 spring training games and posted  12.71 ERA, striking out 9 and walking 2 in 5.2 innings of work.

There are now 40 players in big league camp, 31 40-man roster players, 9 non-roster invitees.  Manager Buddy Black has indicated that the final roster will not be decided until after the last exhibition games, next Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am really inspired together with your writing skills as neatly as with the
structure to your weblog. Is that this a paid subject matter or did you customize it your self?
Either way stay up the excellent quality writing, it is rare to peer a nice blog like this one these days.

With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of
plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen? I’d definitely appreciate it.
