HeyScan Trivia Challenge 3/19/14

san-diego-padres tickets bannerWho is the only Padres pitcher ever to lead the league in innings pitched in a  single season?

Answer to today’s question will be revealed with our next challenge.

Answer to our last question:  Of the current Padres players, which one holds the bragging rights for having hit the longest home run (not necessarily of all time, but just of the group of current players) at Petco Park? Answer:  On Opening Day April 5, 2012,  Cameron Maybin hit a 445′ 2-run bomb off the Dodgers Kenley Jansen in the 8th inning.  Despite the blast the Padres lost the gam 5-3.

Congratulations, there were 4.5 correct answers (correct player but wrong stadium…twice!) but I’l round it up to 5 to yesterday’s question, and those 5 will become eligible for this month’s drawing.  This month’s winner will be randomly selected at the end of the month.

All the correct answers to today’s trivia challenge that are submitted here before the answer is given in the next day’s question will become eligible to win 2 tickets to a Padres game!  The more Trivia Challenges you answer correctly, the more chances you have to win! Random drawing for this month’s winner will be held April 1st, and winner will be announced on this website.

Thanks for playing along, and good luck!

Well that’s got to be #35.

Is this an acceptable answer, Bob or do you want me to name names?
